Spring Question

I was originally going to put on the Comptech sway bars and the HR sport springs this winter. But now I'm wondering if the springs will decrease handling and traction in winter. Cleveland winters are pretty bad. Can anyone answer this?

I have H/R sports and I live in Canada. I drive in winter just fine
