Question Which Spring to go with??

I'm planning on lower my ride sometime this week, and i'm still debating weather or not i should go with Neuspeed sports spring or H&R sport spring. The Neuspeed Spring will lower my ride from 1.75R, 1.75F, and H&R will go from 1.5R, 1.75F. so here is another question for you guy, if i decided to go with H&R spring will my front end bumper will point down more since it only drop down 1.5 in rear compare to the Neuspeed spring??

any help or comment will be greatly appreciated

thanx in advance

just a little bit for the H&R lvl 2. it's hardly noticeable. although, if i were you, i'd get a decent set of shocks (koni yellows) installed at the same time. saves you the hassle from having to replace them later.

I would go with H&R 50103 or Comptech. Everything else is designed for the Accord and may not drop exactly as specified.

I got H&R sport springs. They give that drop, and the ride is much more comfortable than the stock springs. Your car will be perfectly flat after the lowering because I think the stock springs made your front end a little higher then the rear. When I look at “normal” TL. The nose seems to be sticking higher then the rear.

When you get into your car after the drop, you will see more from the front end because now its more horizontal to the road. I loved my car when it’s lowered. You’ll feel good about.

Its a lot better than driving in those blasted SUVs !

Go with the H&R, but as liutang said, get shocks at the same time. Might as well do the whole thing. Or just get coilovers, I have the Tein SS's and I LOVE them! Good drop and comfortable.

If your intrested, i have a set of tokico blue's front and rear and a set of tein s-tech springs. Both where used for exactly 3 months. I traded in my car so i put everything back to stock. It lowered my car 2.1 in the front and 1.75 in the rear. It is an excellent ride and would recommened this set-up. Let me know if your intrested. I'll let springs and shocks go for $400 shipped.

I have koni yellows neuspeed edition, that I want to sell I put them on this past easter so it's been less than a month. I just changed my mind and want to go with tein ss. If interested contact me. I'll give you a good deal and they are basically new.

Most people on the board here either went with the Comptech drop for the slightly raked look or the H&R sports for the leveled look. Both springs are extremely compareable in comfort and stiffness, i went with comptech personally.

As for shocks, i put my springs on at 50,000 miles, and im about to roll 90K in a few weeks, and i did not replace my OEM shocks. They are just now starting to die, so i say dont spend the money unless you have to!!! shocks arnt cheap!!!

But soon i will be picking up the Koni/Neuspeed package from eBay. They have it "buy it now" for $499!!!
