Spotted a black 99-01 TL on the Braga Bridge 6:30 this morning coming from Fall River, MA. It had the Oem kit, eyelids, tint, ...04 wheels?...smoked tails?...I was in my black Explorer (in case you wondering who the dude staring at you was).
