sparkplug torque setting

I am changing the plugs on my brother's 99 TL and wanted to know if anyone knows what torque setting to tighten them at? Thanks.

This may be useless information but on my last car with an aluminum head it was around 28lbs/ft. or maybe even 35lb./ft. I would call a dealer to make sure.
