Spark plugs???

Hi

im gonna need to change my spark plugs soon and i wanna know what kind to get, i heard Denso Iridium are good, NGKs too.

what kind is the best, and what are the improvents in MPG or performance, (if there are any)??

How often should our plugs be changed?

I think our stock plugs are good to 100K mi. Therefore, you shouldn't have to change them too often over the life of your car.

Do a search and you'll find much info about this subject.
