Spark Plug Replacement...what are they, and?

So my questions are

1) what advantages/disadvantages do these give me over my stock spark plugs?

2) How much is this to replace? How many spark plugs do I have, or require to replace?

3) Where would I buy new spark plugs?

4) Is this really worth the money? Specifically, what improvements on the car would this have?

5) Is this hard to install into my car? could a beginner do it, or does it require the disassembly of parts of the engine, then the reassembly of parts of the engine?

thanks guys!

i wouldnt even bother unless you have alot of miles on your engine. the stock plugs are good to begin with. i just finally changed mine at 122,000 with the ngk replacement (11 buckes at local parts store) and there is no really difference in performance over the ones that had 122k(just slightly smoother running engine and initial throtle response). if you are looking for the best you could buy denso plugs but you wount really see any thing. by the way you have a V6.... hence you will need 6 plugs, and yes a beginer could do it
