South Florida Acura Dealerships

I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with Rick Case Acura in Sunrise when getting their transmission replaced? Did they give you a decent loaner car or am I better off going to a different dealer for this? Thanks

Hello, and welcome to the forum.

I've only dealt with Rick Case once in recent times, and it was to lease my new 04 TL. They dealt with me pretty straight, and therefore earned my business.

I have dealt with Esserman, Acura of S. Florida, and Miami Acura in the past. As far as loaners, I've always been given an Integra, but I rarely ever needed a loaner due to my cars being relatively problem free.

My suggestion is take 10 minutes and call several different service department managers and ask for ETA's on the replacement, and the type of loaners they have available.

Good luck

No problem whatsoever, but they know very well. Talk to paul, they are two service rep......the fat one

They will give you a loaner, is better if you give them a call and ask them what is the best time to bring it in, that way they will have a loaner for you, otherwise they will give you a rental. Make sure to mention about a loaner.

I got a rental Dodge Stratus from Enterprise across the street, for 10 days. Rick Case paid for the rental, but still I didn't like driving it.

A few weeks ago, I took my TL-S to Rick Case for 30K mile service, and they gave me another (newer) TL-S as a loaner. But I guess I paid $318.00 for the 30K mile service...

overall I like Rick Case, my car buying experience with them was quite pleasant and they gave me a good deal.
