Sorry another spring question. (I searched though I promise)

Sorry you all but I did a search and I could only find a thread on the H&R Race springs not the Sport springs.

I think I want the H&R Sport springs. But I dont want to have a lot of negative camber. Will these springs produce a lot of negative camber to create poor tire wear?

Or should I just be safe and go with the Comptech springs?

I would like a little larger drop than the Comptech springs but I dont want to blow though tires either.

Keep in mind I'm not getting a body kit anytime soon(so I would rather go with a greater drop). So what do you all think?

THANKS ALL

I don't think you should worry about it if you are getting the Sports springs from H&R, they only lower 3/4 inch, which will only result in about 2-3 degrees of negative camber.

I do not believe that is enough to cause major tire wear...

If you really want to play it safe, get a camber kit.

3 months with the Sports, and no uneven tire wear at all. I checked, turing the fronts both way to look, and got down and looked at the rears. Perfect. Now go get them!

Get the H&R Sports. I just installed them about a month ago and they are really good. For the amount that it drops I would figure that the ride would be pretty harsh but its not at all.

Its just a small sacrifice from the stock ride. Thats just my .02. I use to have a slammed integra so maybe my outlook is different than someone who's never had a dropped car. But I still think its the perfect ride height.

I also have a body kit and I know everyone fears scraping the front lip on a curb but with this height its perfect where it goes right over most curbs.

It appears the H&R's give the car an even drop (level). Is this so, because that is what I prefer. I heard the comptechs give the raked look. But at .75 Inch of drop for H&R doesnt sound like much, is it very noticeable in person?

Thumbs up

H&R Sports will lower your car about 1.75 to 2.00 inches not .75 inches...

I've had them for about 3 months also now... and haven't had time for wheel alignment. but no camber wear or excessive tire wear... the ride is aawesome.... get the H&R sports
