something wrong with my adjustable seats

i was wiring my alarm led and after putting back togther everything . . .i found out that my driver seat not workin properly . . . i can still move the seat back and forth but i cant tilt the seats. weird huh? . . . anybody know the problem . . please help me out . . . is it just a fuse . . if so what number fuse and which fuse box is it in? . . . i would appreciate it . . thanx in advance

try this......lift the back(controls) then after is is up a little, lift the front part. Somehow when the back the entire seat is down in both the front and back.....the front part would not work until you lift the back part a little. Hope this helps

thanx but i've already tried this and it still doesnt work . . . i just wanna get the tilt fix . . . i wanna take it in and get it checked out but im scared they cant do xiet cuz i was messing with it while i wiring my leds. . . also how do u turn out the mantainence require from blinkin when turning on the car . . .i know it didnt do that before . . . also how do u turn on the SRS button from stayin on now . . . thanx and i hope someone could help me out please

Press and hold the "select" and "reset" buttons down, put your key in the ignition, turn to the second position, and wait for light to turn off. Then release the two buttons. You're done.

As for the SRS light, you need to bring it to the dealer to have that checked out by them. You definitely don't want to mess around with your airbags...

This is the main reason you shouldn't mess with the elctrical parts of a car, unless you know what you are doing 100%. If the dealer pin points the seats and airbags to your wiring, then you could have a major problem that will not be covered under warranty and will cost you tons of cash. Or it could just be something small. Either way, good luck.

man that really sucks . . . hmm eveyrone told me it just a burnt fuse . .. i checked and couldnt find one that was burnt . . .

The fuse might have crystalized...meaning that it won't look blown, but won't allow current to pass through, thus still being bad. Replace the fuse for the seats and see if that helps...
