Well its been pouring the last couple of days in Sunny Cali.. I have a 2002 TL-S with a AEM CAI and when I was driving through the rain my car started to vibrate and stutter a bit but still kept on going. One day while I was accelerating onto the freeway my car seemed like it was lagging or as if it was stuggling to go up to speed then all of sudden the check engine, the VSA light and the triangle with the (!) light came on and stayed on. So I drove it home and left it alone over the weekend. But today when I started it up again the VSA and the triangle light turned off but the check engine light is on! The car runs well but the light is bugging the crap out of me. Someone please help me figure out what to do or tell me how to fix it! Thank You and sorry about the long entry!! (BTW im not talking about the maintence light)

 

Well usually when the CEL light comes on most people bring it to a shop to have the codes read. That way they/us know what the problem is. Go to the passenger side dash fuse panel and pull the clock backup fuse for a few min and then put it back in. Start and drive the car. If the CEL comes back on go to a shop to get the codes. If not Its all fine.
