I was driving down rt 50 and some guy wit a im guess a 2000-2002 accord sedan. probably a V6 It had altezza lights, blue headlights, and some other accessories but no rims... anyways, i was going down rt 50 at about 45 mph and i see on my rear view mirror a car pulling up on my left side. I knew it was a hooked up car from it having those little lights that go on the windshield sprays.on the hood, so i thought i give a little go to see whats up. I was in 4th at the time so i floored it SS mode didnt go much as 4th sucks for our cars, though i was ahead anyways and he couldnt close in... THen i let it go for a little and started to pull then i gun it again to around 65 70mph and he began pulling back again.. hahhahaha so easy..... To me it looked he was trying to pass me. As a red traffic light was getting closer i slowed down and he passed me and he slowed down and stop but he passed the white line a little showing that he was going fast enought not to stop before the white line. Then i came and stopped too. As soon as it hit green he gunned it but i was like nah... dont want a ticket... As traffice started getting busy a little ahead he got stuck behind a car and i changed to my right lane where it was free and passed him fast..... he then switch to that same lane and started catching up to me fast and kinda keeped close to me almost tailgating but i with ease managed to pull hard.... he then got off an exit.... he was probably dissapointed i guess.

another thing i always get trucks such as toyota tocomas or fordrunners trying to race me... lol dont know why

Just be careful around those 2003/2004 Accord V6's They have 240 hp stock and if the owner puts premium it has been proven by dynos to add 8 to 10 hp.

Oh and keep away from those Accord 6 speed coupes 0-60 is 6.0 seconds

A V6 Tacoma with the TRD supercharger can be a potent package that would give any TL-S a run for it's money. 265 hp in a light truck can be quite fun.

Nice job. Take it easy on 50 though, cops love 50. They sit under the 7100 overpass tagging cars as they travel west, up the hill. They also sit at the bottom of the same hill and pop people going east (just after the overpass). Also, I'm sure you've seen the camera's at the first intersection (traveling west on 50) after you pass Ox (in front of the police station :cop: ) and the first light after 7100. Oh, and one more spot they like to sit is on that road just before you get to the ex-Texaco station (it's now a shell - before you get to the Lowe's shopping center traveling west). They get you as you come down the hill then pop out from the woods to flag you down.

yea the new accords i know they are quick i did my homework. lol but i would still run with one. They are not faster than a type S but like you said one witha premium then i gotta get an intake or some headers, which i will get soon.

I have a 2000 Accord and the 4-speed auto sucks when I try to increase speed on the freeway because it takes a long time compared to my 2003 TL.

AV6 6speed 60 in 6secs?? ...ssxxssxsxsx...dang i didnt know that...but dont be afraid of any 03-04s...i destroyed some dud who had an exhaust and i only had a cai on my '99.

Yeah, Temple of VTEC has done some dyno tests on the 03+ Accord J30 and they guesstimate it puts out about 255 hp with premium at the flywheel. Thats 5 hp shy of a Type S with lighter weight!

I think he saw me laughing hysterically as I heard this loud engine whine for about 15 seconds before the truck pulled away in a poor display of acceleration to just pull 2 car lengths in front of me.

Sad what society has come to... maybe its a southern thing and trucks... I dunno.

especially when you pass one fast then i guess they are like "oh he wants to race" then they start accelerating to try to catch but only catch up if you slow down. Then once ur at a traffic light then green light comes on and you see him gun it... i know its sad....
