yeah, u should be able to, if oyu take it to a wheel shop. i think the going rate is 50 bucks or so, someone correct me if im wrong.

 

I see you're from VA. I'm in Va. Beach. Over here theres this guy called the "Wheel Doctor" and he did a great job in repairing my stock rims. I'm sure you're probably far from here but I'm sure he could give you some kind of information on how or where you can get it fixed. It IS repairable! Here's his number, (757) 431-0022
