I sold the 1999 tl3.2. It had 129500 miles and I can truly say it was a sad parting. It had paint fade on the rear bumper, trunk and top due to a poor repair made prior to my purchase 7 yrs ago with 59000 miles. For some reason the clear coat was not done properly, and the repair was about $700 for a proper paint repair. That along with a constant transmission fear and an unwillingness on my part to pay the $1300 for the timming belt service made discretion the better part of valor.

What did you replace it with?

 

It was a second car. I have no plans to replace it.
