I've seen a few memebers on here who smoked out the amber color of there tail lights. I just want to know how to do it? What type of paint did they use to get there tail lights smoked out?

 

use a transparent paint you get at hobby shops.

 

Should I just spray it on? How many coats do you suggest to apply raymann009?

 

first clean off the surface with some rubbing alcohol and from about 1 foot away spray in a left to right motion. 2 coats should be good, mine has been on for a year and i haven't had any problems with it. Just remember to watch out for dust landing on it while it's drying.
