skunk2 rear lower arm bar

will a skunk2 rear lower arm bar for 98-01 accord fit a 2003 tl-s.

I don't know the definite answer to that question, but if I had to take a shot in the dark, I would say probably not.

They're 2 completely different cars, with different body design and chassis.

alot of the same parts that fit the 98-02 v6 accord fit the tl.springs,sway bars and strut bars

completely wrong! the acura tl is based off the accord platform. so yes, it WILL fit. most, if not all, enigne parts and suspension parts are interchangeable between the two.
