Skid plate cover??

I have a 2003 TL that has recently came out of the body shop after a wreck. I changed the oil yesterday and noticed that I can see more of my engine while under the car. I could have sworn that there was some cover for the space between the front bumper and frame under the engine.

What will happen after a heavy rain and water splashes in my alternator? Will the car die until the alternator dries out? I need to add this to the list of items to bitch about to the body shop.

Hey there,

I had the same thing happen. Does thid look like the piece?

(You want part 5, unless this sides are damaged too in which case you'll also need part 4 and 6.

I have an aggressive drop and an pain in the ass incline driveway causing me to totally shred mine. (Took the turn too fast...)

Price listed on invoive $90.70 + $13 (for) 3 "Rivet, Screw Hex. Price direct from these guys is $36.22 + rivits. Disclaimer: I've never oredred from these guys personally buy they seem to have a good reputation. YMMV)

Hope this helps,

Joe
