Silverstar bulbs at Wal-Mart..
I was browsing Wal-Mart today while picking up a prescription and saw the 9006 Sylvania Silverstar bulbs there for $38.63 a PAIR!
That's the best deal I've seen in a store yet.

I changed my fogs to Razo Premium Whites (not the zeros) and am very happy with them. They match very well. If you like your fogs a little more on the blue side (or you have 6000k headlights) you'd probably want the Premium White Zeros.
