what kind of bulb did you use? Does it blink white or amber? Definitely looks hot!

Looks good.

I'll tell you though, I have a much cheaper option. I took my stock amber bulb and hit it with a dusting of silver spray paint. They blink just as bright and it cost me $0, I had a can of paint laying around.

Here are some pics.

3 dollars for a can of silver paint > 20 dollars for silver bulbs. Paying 20 bucks is as bad as having them installed for you.

it would cost you like $50 for a light mod. hahaha. Could you imagine the amount of $$ it would cost if you had every mod in your car installed by the dealer??

You know, I saw your pics and thought I never had noticed it being so yellow on my car (it too is SSM). I went to go look and there is no yellow color it all just clear but amber blinking ... straight from the dealer! Mine is a 2003 though.

That is because the 2003 rear blinkers has a fogged plastic cover covering the amber light bulb so the light bulb does not show when you look at it.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to buy regular interior bulbs and then buy a can of hi-temp. spray paint (eg. blue, red, green, etc.) and paint the bulbs?

The reason why you can still see the yellow is because the fogged plastic cover doesnt cover up the amber color of the bulb completely. Basicially, some of the amber still passes through the cover.

I got red Polargs on mine and they work more than perfect. You probably got LEDs and that is why you have hyper blinking.

Yes I have the Red Polarg too, it hides the color really well. Only problem is that they are more pinkish then redish when they light up. I have red gel caps over them and they come out more red. Only problem now is that they don't hide it's color as well when it's not blinking,
