silver TL-S sighting in Bellevue Square, WA

silver TL-S sighting in Bellevue Square, WA
anyone from here? Silver TL type S lowered with dark tint (20%) all around except the windshield, which probably has 50% of tint. There is a little thing on top of the roof in front of the moonroof glass that resembles some kind of a receptor or antenna.

i have a silver tl...not types, but i do have tint. Try looking for me sometime.
