it's nice that our rearview mirrors dim, but side mirrors don't. (99-01) i was wondering if there is something we can put ourselves to have it like the 02-03? how can we just take it from an 02-03? (would that be cheap?)

well, no tthe auto dim feature, bbut the 02+ are tinted or something w/ that blue color, like when our rearview mirror dims.

 

i just did a quick search on the net, and i went to the Magna Donnally website (They make the rearview mirrors in our tl's) but didn't find any dimming side mirrors, i also tried to send them an e-mail twice but didn't go through...don't know why, but this is something i am very intrested in...

 

auto dim feature would be nice, but just having it tinted all the time is good too. will the side mirrors of the 02+ fit my 00? ti should right.. can i just buy the mirror or would i have to get the whole side mirror piece.??

i have a 2002 TL-S, NO DIMMED SIDE MIRRORS

 

not dimmed!!! just that it's tinted blue like when the rearview mirror dims. that's what i wanted my 00 to have. i know it doens't auto dim, trust me guys, i know all the differences between the 99-01s and 02-03s.
