Purchased through c-c-c.net for about $60.00. Changed the orange bulb to the PIAA Extreme/Super Whites (can't remember which).

Had a local shop install for about $125. They are wired to the parking lights. I would like to change the wiring and hook them to the blinkers as well so they blink when turning, but are on with parking lights.

 

basically what kcroberge said....except mine are wired so that they are on when the blinkers are on....
