should i worry about this 105k service?

i just got my 99 back from the 105k service (i had timing belt, drive belts, water pump, valve adjustment done). car is way smoother/more responsive. plus i got to play with an 09 for a few days.

the questions:
the initial paragraph about what they did includes replacing the timing belt tensioner, but on the list of parts billed i only see 2 adjusters and idler pulley.

so...
wtf i need 2 adjusters? they are different part numbers (14510-P8A-A01 and 14520-P8A-A01)

where did the tensioner replacement go?
should i worry about this or let it go?

thanks!

and of course, a google search revealed the first "adjuster" is the tensioner. please close.
