Should I or Should I not??

So i'm debating whether or not to do some mods to my car, lately ive had the mod bug. But the thing is i do have 160,000 miles on my car and i dont know how much it is going to last so that is my main concern. Cause if i do end up putting like 1000 dollars into my car then like a few months later it breaks down, its just a waste of money, which could have been used to buy me a new car!!(alrdy started looking). Lol im just tired of being stock and with seeing everyone's car on this forum it just makes me wanna do things to my car. I blame you guys ahah jk.

You will never be happy until you do what YOU want. We cant for see the future whether your car will last or not. One can only go by the assumption that it will. And there is no reason it shouldnt last.

Thats so true. Ive got 160k on mine as well and at times I've been torn between leaving the few mods on that I have and stopping but I keep coming back to wanting more so now I've decided I'm gunna roll in style until my car stops working all together. Have some big plans this summer Its your choice man.

My car has 290,000 km on it and still kicking. If it dies I would rather spend the money fixing the engine or tranny and be debt free. Instead of buying a new car for 20k. Unless it's another TL then maybe lol.

Even if your engine did crap out which is most likely wont (How often have you seen people cry bout that kinda stuff here?), a used engine isnt hard to get or expensive.

$15K+ in debt vs. $5K MAX for a used engine/tranny ($5K is a a ripoff, btw) is a no brainer. If you like the car, do what you want to it and dont be worried about the what ifs

Also, 5K can easily get you a stroked 3.5 and 6-speed

don't spend 300 on an intake (remove the resonator), put that towards a drop

You can get some coils for minimum $600. Already half-way there. And when you really got some money, throw in a supercharger.

Haha how much are you selling for?? And i did find a short ram intake for $150 is that a good price, AEM and new. Ohh and is it better to get short ram or CAI. I was talking to my friend and he said the dangerous thing about a cai is that if you drive through a big puddle and water gets in it, it's not good for your engine.
Also do you guys suggest any site that sells tl aftermarket parts?? Or just look by company
