so im kinda bored with how my car looks. im debating whether or not to paint my rims. im thinking either bronze or black. leaning more towards bronze since the car is burgundy. wat do u guys think?

I think you should do what you want

no money for other rims. got these at a good price so im keeping them till i sell the car.

hm.. you should definately get some gold (not bronze!) rims. it would look really hot with a red car like yours but if i was in your position.. i'd just sell those rims and put money on top to get newer mesh rims. but if you're cool with having them painted, then go for it.

 

don't paint them those look cool or just sell those and add on for a new set

 

gold would be too much imo. on my eclipse, gold looked good cuz it was bright red. but since the TL is burgundy, i think bronze would look better

 

just get a few cans of matte black spray paint .. and spray paint your car matte black

this way u get to keep your rims

i say you paint the sides of the spokes and leave the faces silver. like those ASA's

It looks good the way it is. Other colors just stand out too much, maybe gunmetal would also be a good choice.

 

Personally I would keep them the way they are or go with black. I know a lot of people like gold and bronze rims but to me, that is the ugliest choice ever!

 

 

Sorry man, I knew something like this was coming. It's cool though, I get a lot of crap for having chrome wheels, but I love 'em. To each their own.

 

lucky for me, i picked the wheels b/c i liked them i know, its strange.

i dont think the color of the wheels make the car as much as the style of them and the stance of the car.

and young gunz. im convinced that your car is not FPR after seeing this pic... how sure are you that the car was never repainted?

 

I actually think the gold/brown looks works best with blue cars - I say black (glossy, not matte) will match the color of the car best.

I think its funny how you want our opinions but don't like what we have to say. Honestly, I like gold, think they would look good on your car. But at the end of the day, it all comes down to what YOU like and that's what'll YOU will end up going with
