Should I Keep MY AC or NOT?
Should I Keep MY AC or NOT?
I've really been thinking lately if i should keep my TL or not, i have approx 78k on her clock, i DRIVE ALOT and i've been thru 3 trannies, i have enough bills as it is and i dont need to have a ticking timebomb, i need to get to work everyday so i can pay for her as well as my other bills i have, now my question to you all is seeing JUST A SMIDGET of my situation, do youthink i should keep my TL or should i start looking for a 5 or 6 spd MANUAL CAR?
BTW i called and have a lawyer working on a lemon law case, my car was bought USED so i cannot get it bought back, but i can get compensation for a breach of warranty, so mabey ill use that money to pay for the difference in a trade, then ill trade her in and get another car.. does that sound good, or no?

I'm not sure. But maybe you can give me advise on my plumbing issue. I have a drain pipe in the kitchen that may leak. Do you think I should keep it or replace my kitchen?
In all honesty though, ONLY YOU can make that financial decision. However, if you are seeking advice on a technical issue, I'm 100% sure we all can help.

VITEK -- it's up to you, man. I mean, once the warranty is over, Acura probably won't fully cover any more transmission failures. So if you want to get rid of it, probably now is a good time, or sometime soon. If you need a reliable daily transportation, then I say get something else. It sounds like you already have your answer right there -- you need a reliable car, but you're worried about the transmission. Then get a new car... otherwise you will be paranoid and worried all the time.
