Should I be angry?
My new TL-S was in the body shop this week to get the rear bumper replaced due to a small area where the paint was not finished. So today the body shop guy calls and says "Well we got your back bumper replaced, but a dump truck backed into the front of your car and it now needs a new grill and front bumper." He assured me it's just a scrape and that he has pictures. What do you think? I don't feel like it's a new car any more. Should I request a new one, or some kind of compensation?
def try and get a new one nothing that happened 2 the car thus far is ur fault and none of this was even done on the road the reason y u brought it in in the first place was a factory mess up and now a dump truck hit it on sight of the body shop again it is acuras problem and they may agree to give u a new car but they may throw some bs ur way like u have 2 put out more money if thats the case than settle only on a body kit and other stuff beleive u me they will tell ya if they give u a new car its a big loss for them but it's not they fix ur car and sell it as a demo for a little less than u payed so either way they will come out on the positive side w money believe me acura didnt become one of the biggest car sellers by losin money there a many tricks of the trade.........Dont settle until u get what u want.....Peace

I think you should ask for a new car. I believe that if u complain to the right people you will be able to get it because the car isn't even 3 weeks old. The story is outrageous. How long have you driven it?
You guys are all rediculous.
NO WAY would you get a new one (not without putting some serious $$$ on the table). But hey, I "guess" it wouldnt hurt to ask, but I would personally save myself from the embarrassment.

Just have them replace the part that is damaged.

I got it back. They said they'd fill up the gas tank but when I got there it wasn't even filled up. Screw em. It does look brand new with 2 new bumpers and a new grill. I'm still gonna call the sales man to try to get something out of it but there's no way I'd get a new car. It wasn't really their fault technically and the garbage truck company had to dish out 800 bucks to fix it.
Ya Dont cheat Acura..
I mean if it wasn't there fault in the first place, Ya the back bumper was factory related but the front was someone elses fault..
Anyways if you get a Bodykit out of it, It is good!
