so i bought this injen intake from another member and he said its a cai and will route all the way into the bumper. this looks like a short ram to me.
i know your all thinking why dont you just pop your hood and look? my car is somewhere on the atlantic ocean on a container ship from nj to hamburg germany. so thats why. why dont i wait to find out? theres a good deal on an aem cai that i dont want to pass up if this is a short ram.

 

its a cold air intake the way it sits now. but take the filter off and put it on the 1st connection and u got yourself a sri. it can serve as both. but leave it as a cold air intake.

 

oh thanks god! my whole idea was to cut out that black plastic where a fog light should go and have fresh air force fed. i saw the abrasions on the intake where i figured it was sticking out the engine compartment but it just doesnt look like it would reach.
i've been away from my car for toooooo long!!

cait wait to get my ride here and slap this sucker on. i'm going to have to go buy that coupler that connects the coolant hoses together. and as you can see i'll need a new air filter.
BTW what diameter are these? 3"? i'd like to get one of those cone filter that has filter on the top where injen just has there logo.
