shocks question for tl-s

i still have the stock ones and i'm at 62k miles. if and when i do change my shocks, what should i look for? are the aftermarket ones more comfortable? which ones feel comfortable and how much am i looking to spend if i do change them out. do i need to change all of them at the same time or do i just change the front or rear. thanks!

well you will know when you "need" to replace your shocks... a general rule of thumb - if you can push on the front or back of your car and it bounces back more than 2 or 3 times then your shocks are getting loose. Also when you drive, your car will bounce when you hit bumps and be real wavy on the highway...basically. And your stock shocks should last well over 100K miles. I have the Comptech springs with my stock shocks and they have 75K and they are still fine. If anything aftermarket shocks may be a little bit stiffer than stock, but the everyday person probably wouldnt even tell the difference
