Shift point stutters?

So I have an 02 TL type S with 90K miles on it. Oil jet installed around 30K and original tranny. The car runs great but I have been very aware of anything unusual due to the tranny issues. I have noticed when I run it fairly hard (about 4000+ rpms) while shifting from 2nd to 3rd it will stutter as it goes into 3rd. The more rpms the harder the stutter and these stutters I can be felt through the steering wheel. Is it slipping? Maybe there is a lot of premature wear? I am aware of the 3rd gear clutch pack issue and am wondering if it is starting to show signs of needing a new one. I am hoping if it fails it will be in the next 15k miles before the warranty expires. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

It may be in the next few weeks!
get to the dealer asap for inspection and probable replacement
They only need codes or driving symptoms to replace, not total failure

it's probably not it but worth mentioning anyway, could be tire slippage that seems to shake the car. but if the rpm and stuff is juttering then that tranny's out the door

So driving today I noticed that not only is it stuttering but the rpms are rising about 500 during the 2-3 shift. I have done two drain and fills replacing most of the fluid with amsoil synthetic ATF. I am glad I will most likely be getting the improved tranny toward the end of the warranty life. A question, are the new trannys built with improved, better 3rd gear clutch packs? I definitely didn't baby this tranny and I would hope that I won't have to baby this one. I am not red lining every gear but I get up on it occassionally merging on ramps.

its not going to last- you already have slippage, and mixing super slippery amsoil with honda fluid was a bad idea
Get to the dealer NOW or you will end up stranded!!

Yes the new trans are better- go get one~

The drain and fills were done around 40K miles ago. Wouldn't it be good to have a fluid that is more slippery to reduce wear? Is there something in the Honda that is beneficial to the tranny? I would like to continue to run the amsoil if I can.
