Must be nice to wash you're car by hand for all of us suffering in the cold climates. However I hear it will be 50 on Sunday and can you say "I will be washing my car in the driveway on Sunday"

The weather in NJ will be good over this weekend too but I can't wait that long. So... I took a day off on Friday :P and washed it, polished it and waxed it.

Now the car looks like new and shine but my arms are sooooo sour. Getting old for those hard work.... :o

I don't dare ask how the weather is going to be in Austin, TX. It's 80 some days...40 others...it's about 55 now

typeR:
Heh heh heh...yes well I'll leave that one alone.

N3W73|2:
Wow, you wrote a 12 word post telling me that I took a picture of my car with soap on it. Thanks, I hadn't realized that. Obviously you have no sense of humor...

Maybe twins Yours is just the ugly twin (j/k)!

Crzy Acura:
No way in HELL. The only reason I even take it to a DIY carwash is because I don't have a garden hose nozzle outside of my condo...I pay $1.50 for 4 minutes of water...and I only need about 1. Then I go at it with my sponge and microfiber towels. But eh, tradeoffs with a house...house you have a garden hose...and you pay $1000 more to rent a month I actually used that brush 24/7 on my old Explorer...and man Ford has a MUCH better paint job because after doing that for 2 years, there was nary a swirl mark on my 96 Explorer...and I scrubbed the hell out of it with that brush too.

Woo hoo!
Nice Austin...
I just washed my car and put 3 coats of Zaino on it on Saturday...
Afterwards...it reminded me of exactly why I bought the NBP

now the only problem is...rained on sunday....will rain today..and tomorrow...and possible wednesday...saturday was nice and sunny...and my friend tells me it's supposed to rain...right after I had just washed my car w/ dawn LoL! I figured...there's no turning back now....started clay barring...and figured better to have it rain on a zaino protected car than on a "squeaky" clean car just washed w/ dawn dishwashing detergent

No biggie...just put your Zaino on...then if it gets messed up wash it off with a hose...then wipe it down with Z6...that's what I always do...and it always takes the watermarks out.
