shaving?

Question shaving?

how do you shave off the emblems and tags? 2.5tl.... is it hard. can you stick it back on?

the 99+'s are just double stick tape. very easy to take off and pretty easy to put back on if you want to. I'm guessing the 1st generation is the same.

oh yeah, watch out for alignment holes, in the 2nd generation, there are 2 holes behind the A. If noone knows on here, ask the dealer about that before removing it.

yeha it deffinatly looks better i took the acura and 2.5 TL emblem off the back and it looks stealth.
had some kid at school thinkin it was an integra

Not sure this is the same on the 1st Generation since there's no letters that need alignment... there might be just to make sure that the A is centered though. The dealer should know this.

I took off my chrome ones for a while but now I have black chrome emblems. The "A" has 2 holes behind it so you have to leave it. You can take off the "2.5TL" or "3.2TL" and the "ACURA" just be careful or go to a bodyshop.

Yah I was asked about this too and was confirmed by Wayne that there is centering hole behind the A emblem. The rest just stick on.

Use a heat gun or just have it professionally removed... don't make the mistake I did that led me to chipping off the clear coat on my trunk..
