Angry Sh!t just got into accident !!

Man, ok here is the story. I was driving home from school and then there was a &^%$ lady from right side intersection merged into my lane and man, i dont think se saw me, she just cut right through my head and bamm, shit . The police said its her fault and her insurance will pay everything for the fixing cost and the towing right ?
Here some pics for you guys man

And to some one who in the middle of the dilema of buying the v fiberglass replica kit, to tel you the truth. Its dont break, look at the pics, . Another word its strong

But dam im hoping that the insurance will cover the front lip too.

Her insurance should pay for everything, and if they don't you can sue her for the remaining things to be fixed because I know some insurance companies don't like to replace aftermarket equipment.

And yeah , the front fiberglass kit was so strong and solid too. It was worth the money though.

ahhh accidents, been there many times. Insurance will try to rip you off anyway they can. They will cover the parts on the car, just tell them its oem. They will send for someone over to get an estimate and give you a value. WHen I got hit, they gave me a certain amount, which was not enough to cover the repairs. So I took it to a good shop and had to deal with them but in the end, they fixed it all. You should be able to get them to replace that lip with an oem PAINTED! They wanted to screw me of $500 less then repair costs and I told them, fine, ill contact a lawyer and they gave in. And dont let a shop screw you with parts, make sure they use all OEM parts. The key is to make sure you let them know you are the victim.

Bummer about the car.

As for the kit it doesnt look like it got flexed at all like hitting the curb (where it would flex and crack)

damnnn sorry to see that happen to you. I hate drivers who are unaware of people around them, ugh.

Well at least it was her fault Keep your new grille unpainted, imo hahah.

I didn't know they had a replica of the oem lip kit lol... is that the same one that guy is selling on eBay using stRodda's TL picture?

if you can somehow pay a lil extra out of your pocket you should mold it as Rajca says...plus the lip and bumper will match perfectly which wont look funny especially with the color car you own.

Dang that sucks. Like everyone else is sayin, its good that it wasn't your fault. Just be tough with insurance so they don't try to jip you. And since the wheels are messed up maybe you can get a set of something more pricey used with the insurance money

this is what you do
tell the car company that your car was an aspec
they'll just look it up and hook you up with the real front oem kit, apsec grill, blackout headlights, etc...

oh and say that you had custom rims which are more expensive but you're ok with them just buying you a new set of aspec wheels

good luck

lol.. cheater..

tell them that your aspec spoiler broke off in the accident and can't find it...

then say that you had to put on a temporary aftermarket one to cover some stupid holes...

in the mean time.. go drill some holes into your trunk...

lol.... jk man.. don't do it...

they check your car out by the vin. they insurance already know what kind of car he drives. they take pic of the accident and either choose a shop to fix it or he could find a shop to fix it and the insurance will pay his bill.

Lol this lady is old man, she wearing glasses lol. But anyway here is the situation. So the police and the town trucks came right. They did all the paperworks and stuf. And one of the police gave the other lady a damn ticket( she deserves it). So after that i got all my informations back, and hop on the town truck and the guy towned my car to the body shop call Allstate Conllision Center something.

They said they will contact the other insurance agency and tell them to come and take a look at the car, estimate the car and see how much it would cost to fix it up. And then they will give me a call say that yeah how much it would be and am i willing to let them fix it.

The thing is i dont even know the other insurance gone pay for my damage or they just JERK out like other company. And what if the Allstate body shop giving me an aftermarket( not oem ) one ?

By the way, the lady's insurance was ACCC . Thats all i know man.

Man. sorry bout that. Looks a lot like my accident. Hopefully she'll be looking better than new afterwards just like mine. And hopefully you won't have to wait long for things to happen. Just a heads up, be prepared to wait and be patient. I'd do some research on some good body shops around your area and see if your insurance approves.

Oh yeah, they towed my car to the Allstate collision center body shop already. So can i still move it to any body shop i want or just leave it there. Cause if i move the car, i gotta pay for the towin fee, but if i leave it there and let them fix it, they wil charge the other lady's insurance so i dont have to worry about it.

Hey guys, ok the guys from the Allstate collision center body shop said that they gone put me into the rental car, which mean that the other lady's insurance will pay for everything. Is it right i mean i never had this situation like this before, should i rent a car like thay said cause im afraid that after i rent it, i gotta pay from my own pocket

I mean the other lady's insurance didnt say it, but the Allstate collision center body shop said that the lady's insurance will pay for rental car cost, towing cost, and fixing cost too, which mean everything right. How do i know if its truth ?
Cause right im, we waiting for the agency guy from the lady's insurance come over and take a look at my car, estimate the damage and decide are they gone fix it or go to court????

I would make sure that the driver at fault has insurance and their insurance covers it. Depending on your own insurance policy, your insurance may cover it as well. If you rent, get a car that is of equal value or less. In my case, I was hit by a non-insured motorist and my insurance didn't cover rentals, so I was forced to pay for my rental out of pocket. Stinkin' illegal

dont do it then, their a body shop not an insurance agency. call the ladies insurance company and tell them that u cant be out of a car and need a car to go to work and school, and they should pay for the loaner car since it was her fault.

Im an attorney and long time acurazine member, call me on my celly at 214-336-4004, I can handle your entire claim for property damage. Re aftermarket parts, you can get all of the $$ back, dont listen if anyone tells you otherwise. Also if you can go to get checked out on monday I can help you find a chiropractor. Thats a serious impact and you may not even know you are hurt until you try to workout or lift something heavy. Your body begins its degenerative process and getting hit speeds it along. A medical doctor/chiropractor clinic will examine and do an MRI showing the effect of the impact. I should be able to get you $5K or more from a bodily injury claim and then can handle the property damage claim/negotiations for free. Also if you have personal injury protection, I dont take a fee on that, so its even more $$. Again holler at me afternoon central time tommorrow for free advice.
