Your're having problems also? My navi sys dosen't respond to my touch only when it's hot out or has dust or something on the screen. I clean mine about once a week. The dealer should have given you a soft blue cloth for the screen. When it's hot I just turn it off and then A/C on then turn it back on and it work fine. Hope this helps.

Thanks! i found the knob and have it adjusted all the way to 10 ... however, I really have to knock on my front wheel panel hard for it to activate? Is it possible that the installer didn't position the sensor correctly?? Please get back to me with other possible solutions.
Thanks!
