Seat Heaters not heating up

Seat Heaters not heating up
Hey Guys,
As the cooler weather settles in, I used my heaters for the first time and they are not heating anymore
I did the obvious and checked the fuse and there is no problem with its continuity. Does NE1 have suggestions where I can check next. BTW, as of last winter they worked great...nothing has changed on the ar (100% stock). Lastly, it is affecting both driver and passenger seats.
