Seat Adjustment?

I have come to the conclusion that I need to either chop off my legs or arms about six inches.I am 5' 11' and I cannot get the driver's seat in a comfortable postion. If I get my legs comfortable my arms are too far away from the wheel and vice versa if I get my arms comfy. I wind up with cramps in my legs from lack of support. I know this is not just me. I have seen a number of posts about the lack of support in thesee seats.

Does anyone know if the seat can be modified on its platform? Or if there is any fix for this? I have seen posts about buying CL seats for $900 or better. I think that is kind of drastic.

All suggestions welcome.

I'm 6'4" and my seats are comfy as hell. It took me a while to find that perfect spot but when I finally came across it...

I'm only 5' 7" and I drive with my seat as far back as it will go. I'm more or less comfortable. Sometimes I can't quite figure out where I want to put my left leg, straight out, crossed under my right leg, etc. The one thing that does bother me a bit though, is when I cross my left leg under my right, the arm rest on the drivers door is in the way of my knee. Overall I don't have many complaints about comfort. The only things I would change along those lines are allow the seats to move further back, perhaps lengthen the car a few inches to give more leg room to rear passangers when front seats are pushed back, a heated passenger side seatback, and I would absolutely love a heated steering wheel.

The heated steering wheel would be excellent. Is there a steering wheel that we could buy for our cars with heat.

Since mine is 02 TL Type S maybe they changed the seat. But I sure as heck haven't been able to find a comfy postion especially on long drives. Evrything else about the car is terrific.

I was hoping that someone would know if I there were any adjustments that could change the alignment of the seat or other alternatives for making the seating more comfortable.
