Seems like lately that everyone has been posting threads over and over again wanting info handed to them without bothering to do a little work and R&D on their own. Many were upset over the fact that the search function was lost, but now that it is back for all members, it seems like few are using it.

Bringing up old posts and adding to them is much more beneficial to old, and new members than simply posting the same thread over and over again that will only get a few replies if any.

Take some initiative, search for info you want and if what you want is not in an old post, post a reply in that old thread and bump it up. You are more likely to get the info you need this way, and you may also get new viewpoints and long term follow-ups from original posters in those original threads, and that works out great for everyone, old and new members.
