Scratches and touch ups
Wat-up Fellas,
I'm hurting fellas my baby black 03 tls got hit yesterday while i was parked at the store it was dark when i came out so i didn't notice till the morning. This was just at about the same spot where my baby had gotten hit almost 6 months ago(fix it).....
i think i can maybe pop out the dent and the undercoat of paint still seems to be ok for the most part in the two impact points(pretty small)
i Want to just buy some touch up paint so see how it turnout i'll make a decision about taking it to a shop afterward. along with that i want to touch out (disappear) some scratched
>DO YOU GUYS KNOW OF ANY GOOD TOUCH UP AND SCRATCH REMOVING PRODUCTS THAT HAVE WORK TO PERFECTION, THAT YOU WOULD RECOMMEND?????

Bro goto your Acura Dealer and get the touch up paint, i picked it up and man it really helps for little chips or anyplace where the paint was removed TRUST ME!!, I was so overwhelmed by the outcome, it could save you quite a few bucks depending how big the scratch is.......plus on the same small bottle they made a tip on the top part, say as a pen for anyone who got "keyed" I think the key mark is the same size as a pen tip.....once the paint matches perfectly you could hardly notice anything and I mean anything.....usually people get scratches and choose to respray but with that little bottle, it would change your mind and save you some money....

i've seen my color (NBP) at walmart, but thats a pretty common color. best bet it to get it from the dealer. google your color code and ask them
i picked up a bottle for $7 and change a couple weeks ago at the dealer
and what 03TL_typeS said. wash and wax subforum should help. if you want it perfect you might have to wetsand and polish

Your dealership will have your color.
I've heard some recommend Dupli-color (they'll have the same color code), especially when using products like Langka to fix chips / scratches. You can pick up the paint at your local auto parts store usually. Apparently this brand doesn't pop out as easily... or isn't as soft.... or something....
