While installing me emblem my brother scratched my trunk.....Im going to get touch up paint and what was that one thing that removes the BLOB....and are the any other ways to get rid of this scratch without re-painting the whole thing?

Try using polish compound with a buffer and see what type of results you can get

 

I was browsing the "Plastikote" touch-up display at our local Discount Auto Parts and saw that they make a "blob-remover" similar to Lanka. I have used Lanka, but this might be a cheaper alternative.
