Sorry to hear 'bout the scratches. That GS27 is FOS...don't waste your money.
If you can feel the scratch with your fingernail, then chances are you will need to wet sand the area with 1500-2000 grit to remove the scratch, then use a glaze to remove the scratches the sandpaper left behind. Shouldn't be too difficult.
Good luck.

That sux, one time the dealer was working on my car and i went in at nighht to see it. The car was outside and had a huge dent in the door. I didnt say anything. When the car was done, no dent. They had it for like 2 weeks because i had a tranny issue being fixed. The car looked like it did when i brought it in. and i know it was my car because i saw mods i have doen to it.

gs27 doesnt work.....the only time it kinda did a little improvement was on a white car, but if you any other color, it didnt do anything...just covers up a bit but you can still see scratch though.

Be careful using sandpaper! I personally would only use the finest grit and glue a dot of sandpaper to the eraser end of a regular pencil for wet sanding. Careful with rubbing compound too. Both of these are abrasives that will make the scratch disappear by leveling your clearcoat surrounding the scratch. You don't want to remove too much clearcoat of course! With either one of these, you will have to apply polish or glaze to remove the scratches they make.
Polishing compound is milder than rubbing compound. I say you should fill the scratch with either touch-up paint or clearcoat touchup and gently and gradually level it off with polishing compound. Use rubbing compound only if polishing compound doesn't work.
GS27 has done nothing for me, a colorful tube of snake oil. Meguiar's Scratch X works only for extremely light scratches.

rubbing compound works pretty good compared to those other advertised "scratch removal" products that are supposed to work wonders.
i've never tried polishing compound...i think i'll give that a shot

In reality, Langka removes nearly all the touch-up paint. So if you're not careful, you're left with the original untouched scratch. Honestly, the stuff is OK, but I don't think it's worth the big price tag. Maybe you could get a better result with it than I have, but I dunno.

but i know that you got let it dry out for like 1.2 hour to make sure and a lot of times people are inpatient (like my self) and 20 $ for that **** is kinda too much ! and there is one more trick , it is to wrap a cloth on some kind of card and then apply Langka on it . this is for someone who is gonna try it !

make him sign a waiver!
let him take your car under the explicit conditions that the vehicle is returned to you as given with the damage repaired. get it in writing, i'm sure you should be ok. especially if he knows you have a binding contract in writing. good luck, kman
