Scheduled Maintenance

Hey Guys,

Just so I know... when are the necessary scheduled maintenances and what actually gets done at them? Do any of them really need to get by Acura?

The manual says oil change every 7500 miles but I guess it's up to you

The manual should tell you what services are performed when. You can also contact your dealer and they'll give you a service card which outlines everything.

Personally I do all of the minor services myself, but will be doing the majors (30k, 60k, etc.) through the dealer.

Oil change is 3000 miles city, up to 7500 miles highway driving. Personally, the more you change the better, so unless you're doing 100% highway miles you should change it around every 3k-4k. The oil is cheap enough to do this anyway, so better safe then sorry....
