Sarona's lower eyelids... yes or no?

Go to www.sarona.com, Acura, and check out the lower eyelid for the '03 TL... (in TL Accessories and TL Body Kits). I am thinking of getting it instead of having the headlights cleared. I think clearing the headlights is tons of trouble and I don't want to go through all the fuss. I think the eyelids look hot and makes the car look "evil". Any comments?

the Sarona eye lids are really sweet, too bad only avaliable for the 02-03...

The best thing is that they are on the lower side, unlike the upper side like almost all others... that and its not at all a BMW knockoff, the Sarona design is unique enough to say its an original design.

I like 'em!

i dont like them...most eylids are on the top of the headlight to give the car a lower, sleeker, more agressive look...with it on just the bottom it makes the car look higher cause the headlight slook higher...

the eyelids are not as good as they would be if placed on the top. I kinda like the 02-03 bodykit.

When you are angry and your eyelids come closer which one moves the most...your bottom one doesnt it? Thats the idea behind the lower eyelids...

how about both? lower and upper? the ipper ones are fairly small, it would probably not affect the light pattern at all...

First off, I don't even know what kind of a car you drive. I can guess that it's a TL, but I don't know what year. Second of all, I don't know what you have done to it, so I can't really insult it.

But my point is, that body kit is abolutely hideous. It totally ruins the classy lines of our cars, and Sarona has never been a loved product around here.

I couldn't agree more. The lower eyelids make the car look "evil" and "mean". Some of the regular eyelids that I have seen for other cars make them look "sleepy", which I think sucks.

I don't think the front of the Sarona Kit is that ugly, but I do hate the excessive mesh grill all over the damn place. The rear bumper does suck big time though, and the side skirts are too subtle compared to the front and rear bumper. I like my OEM body kit better

Discontinued, but you may be able to find left-over ones at your dealership.

Or E-mail Tim at Hond@aol.com. He's a Parts Manager at Ray Laks Acura. I got mine from him.

I use my car clubs' hosts. AcuraInspired.com is a good host -- it's free and easy.

Sarona is well known for ugly ass body kits... I wonder how they remain in business with such horrible products.

Just go to your dealer. Maybe they can hook you up with something. I got mine at the dealership when I bought my car. It will be more expensive though if you get it at the dealer.

I don't think they had to paint mine. But in any case, they should be able to do it all. Like I said before, there are many members who got their OEM body kit for less than 1K and installed it themselves. I paid 2K for the kit and for the installation at the dealer (including the rear wing spoiler).

You cannot purchase A-Spec Kit seperately. Im sorry to mention that...
But you will need an A-Spec to get an A-Spec related kits... such as rims, wings.. interior parts...

Here, Im speaking of 2nd generation TL A-Spec.

there is no such thing as an aspec bodykit, unless your talking about the 04 TL's, then its the aspec package which includes the OEM bodykit, suspension, steering wheel, aspec badge, and brembo brakes.
