while it is a good idea . . . . I know people who have filled out different info for wildly varied auto and paint quality etc . .and received the exact same responses from the system....

i'm always a tad cynical when it comes to "automated replies" - )from anyones site) - how much really gets input at the planning stage, and if the variable swings outside the parameters - what is the defaulted answer ?

To meet your appearance goals under the harsh environmental conditions in your area, we recommend polishing ten to twelve times a year.
Where you live, we recommend you wax your car ten to twelve times a year to give it the protection it deserves.
I better get busy
Remove bird droppings, insects, acid rain and other environmental contaminants from your TLs's surface as quickly as possible. The longer they remain on your finish, the more damage they can do, especially in higher temperatures. For these emergency touch-ups, keep a clean towel and a one-step product like the one we recommend, in the trunk of your car.
I couldn't have said it better myself on that one, just this morning an emergency detail was needed because of a fly by bombing
