i bought my comptech headers used and it was all discolored from the heat and stuff so i took it to this place to get it coated... There is a place tats called jethott or something like that and they coat the stuff that looks like stainless steel...Looks really nice but I would have had to send it off so i didnt want to deal with shipping. In houston they had this place that coated my headers but the color was a dark gray... it protects it from rusting and cracking and it keeps it cooler so i would assume air would be able to go thru it faster thus making it more effective...oh **** ur from houston... haha that place i am talkin about is up near 1960 and jones. if ur interested PM me

jet hot coating. it'll give your hesaders a nice almost chrome like appearance that will NOT go away. it wont turn different colors or anything from the heat.

Something is not right. Comptech headers are stainless steel. They will discolor (golden tone) but I don't see how they can rust? I've had mine two years. Can you provide a pic?
