for some strange reason im getting a rough start when i start the car could it be from mixing regular and premium gas??....thats the only thing i could think of BUT that happened because i needed gas bad and the gas station i pulled into was out of regular so i had to end up puttin premium and no i couldnt go to another gas station cuz i live around west bumblefukk in the middle of nothing lol......can someone help me with this any ideas????......and also when it starts up at idle it gives a slight rev for a little while then it idles normal any ideas on what could be the problem please help!!!

 

similar issue occured to me a while a go. do a search, I believe you can probably find many threads similar to yours.

 

how many miles do you have? have you had any EGR valve work/service? if not, do a search on this site for "EGR Valve" and you will find some info. - most likely you need to clean out your EGR ports in your intake manafold - can be done yourself for very cheep - just the cost of a few cans of throttle body cleaner.
