Question Rotors, Pads, Lines....

1999 3.2 TL
Stocks are warped. I need a change. I hear iRotors, greenstuff pads, and S S lines will do the trick. You agree?

i dont care for the iRotors, some people have complained of quality issues, cracking and warping. only aftermarket rotor im aware of that has been near flawless thus far is the Rotora rotors, which are more expensive than the iRotors, and they are slotted not drilled. I have them and have yet to warp them, amazingly. As for pads, i use the Axis ultimates, which are fantastic, but the brake dust is unreal... EBC green stuff i hear is just as good, without the dust, but i dont know for sure, never tried them. As for lines, most are created equaly so you cant really go wrong there. hope this helps.

im at 90K, still OEM calipers.

If thats something you want to consider, then your looking at the Brembo Grand Turismo kit on eBay... they have them fir $1,300 for our car. Includes 328mm rotors, 4 piston calipers, and steel lines. requires 18" wheels! this would of cource be the best choice for braking systems on any car....

Try:

http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/rot...-cl-tl-rl.html

That is where I am ordering mine. Though they seem to be on back order (I've been waiting 2 weeks now).

You can also contact Rotora at 888-990-0899. Their brakes are great. I tried them on the mountains of Tennessee and they do stop!! I have the big brake kit and I just did the rear rotors, pads and lines. Velocity Resources did the install and painted the rear calipers. My car is still in the shop so no report on the brake performance (rears) as of yet.

I must also add that Rotoras are excellent but their customer service is AWFUL, if you can get beyond that then you'll have good brakes.
