Well, once again my rotors are warped.

This time around i want to replace them. I like the OEM replacement brembo's on tirerack.com but i would like slotted/drilled. I found some on eBay, but not for a TL, rather for a 98-02 Accord V6. will they fit my TL?

I think they're different. The 98-02 Accord V6 rotors are replacements to the 96-98 TL. 99-03 Tl's are a bit larger.

Check the last few pages of the Car and Driver mag - they used to have an ad there for drilled/slotted rotors a while back, could still be there (I do not subscribe anymore).

When in doubt, check with the manufacturer:

don't buy any drilled/slotted rotors on ebay.

they do it in their backyard/garage and don't utilize the processes necessary to prevent fatigue cracking, warping, etc...

caveat emptor - buyer beware.

When I got mine there were no companies making the right size for my Type S only for the TL-P which is smaller...I found a place in CT that was very helpful and had quite a bit of knowledge...they ended up using stock rotors from Acura and did a custom cross drill and slot pattern on them (on site no less). I thought like many that this would weaken the stock rotors...to my surprise the rep was right and it in fact strengthened them b/c instead of maintaining the heat that a regular stock rotor does causing it to warp the slotting and cross drilling dissipates it. I've had my custom rotors on the car for over a year now and have never warped one even under hard braking. If you're interested in talking to my guy PM me.
By the way they offer a variety of rotors (Broddi, Brembo, etc...) and do all slotting and driling on the premisis. Like I said I was forced to use the stock rotor b/c I didn't want to reduce my rotor size and no company offered a replacement.
