Rip in my leather sear...helppp!!!
I saw that there is a rip right on the bottom of my driver seat. I think it occurred because somehow the leather got too dry and it cracked, and now there is a rip. Its funny because over the summer i conditioned my seats alot..i mean alot. I guess not good enough. The only thing i can do now is take it to a leather specialist and its up to them right? I would take a pic but my digital camera is not here.
Thanks,

I have a '03 TL-P and condition my seats monthly. The leather feels rough and dry a couple days after I conditioned them with Meguairs. The pleats on the seats are especially rough and dry. For some reason, it seems that the leather quality of the rear seats is alot softer, but thinner. I sat in my friend's ES330 several days ago and the quality of the Lexus leather was awesome. The leather is soft and thick. I guess what you pay is what you get.
