reusing clay bar
How many times can you use the same clay bar? It says on my clay magic box that I just need to fold it over and store for next usage, but how long can that thing last? By the way, claying the car has got to be the best thing I've ever done for the paint.

Danny is right the clay bars work great. I bought one of the kits last weekend and cleaned my whole car. It is like having a new car again. The kit I bought cost $10, the best $10 I ever spent on my car.

You can actually use it until it looks really dirty or has alot of grit in it.
The best thing to do is to use small chunks (the kit I get is the detailer size, about 1"x2"x4" in size) by breaking off small pieces, about the size of a marble. Use it for a few panels, then roll it into a ball and flatten it out again and continue. I use the piece until it looks really dirty, and then I use it on the trash-line, or to remove brake dust from back of rims.
It works great on glass too, but only use a clean piece for that.
And your right, it is the best thing to do for VERY cheap money. (I used to charge $40 PER panel when I owned the business!!! and people paid it too!!!)
