Hey guys,

I'm leaving the city in about a month. And my '99 Acura 3.2TL is hitting about 110k miles. I was hoping to get my timing belt/water pump changed as well as get it looked at for my long 600 mile move. Any recommendations on mechanics in the 5-borough area? I got my car used so I have never had any major work needed done on the car. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Im sure there are some mechanic review websites you can check for your area also. And craigslist is another option.

 

look in the real phone book for automobile repairing- there should be a few shops that specialize in honda/acura and can take good care of you
Its due for spark plugs and a valve adjustment now as well
Figure about a grand total
