Replacing winshield Washer Pump

Has anyone worked on the washer Reservoir. I am trying to access the washer pump which appears to be bad. Is it located on the bottom of the reservoir? I have a diagram of the Washer parts, but I don't know how to post pictures.

Hello. It is actually easy to get to the pump. It is at the bottom of the resevoir, accessable from the bottom when the fender liner is moved out of the way. I think there is 2 small bolts and one clip, just remove them and pull the fender liner straight down. The fender liner lines the whole inside of the wheelwell obviously but where it straightenes out and is horizontal under the right front bumper, that is where you need. Just pull it down and there is the resevoir. Unplug the harness and grab the washer pump and twist is back and forth gently while pulling and it will come out. I hope for you the resevoir is empty or low, otherwise you may get a blue shower. Just don't get any in your eyes or mouth, nasty stuff. Pop the black grommet back in the resevoir first then pop the new pump in. You may lube the pump with a little washer solvent or spit but don't use any chemicals since they may degrade the rubber over time or end up on your windshield. Good luck, Eric.

Thanks Eric,
That helps alot. Unfortunately, the reservoir is full, so I'll be careful.
